PointPass is a field attendance and workforce tracking app for teams that use QR check-ins, schedules, timesheets, and live job-site visibility.

Employees can scan location QR codes to check in and out, review their daily schedule, add notes, and share approved work-location updates while checked in. Admins can manage employees, QR locations, schedules, timesheets, attendance review, and audit logs from one mobile dashboard.

PointPass is built for job sites, offices, field crews, and small teams that need a clearer record of who is scheduled, who is on site, and which timesheets need review.

KEY FEATURES

QR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Create QR codes for job sites or office locations, then let employees scan to record attendance. Location geofencing helps verify that scans happen near the assigned work location.

SCHEDULING
Build employee schedules with job numbers, job names, QR locations, notes, times, and grace periods so each person can see where they are expected to be.

TIMESHEETS
Generate timesheets from schedules and attendance records, review exceptions, correct entries when needed, and export a detailed timesheet report with employee, department, job, location, scheduled time, actual time, and notes.

LIVE GPS MAPS
With employee consent and Always location permission, checked-in employees can appear on an admin live GPS map. Employees are removed from the map after checkout to respect privacy.

ADMIN TOOLS
Admins can manage employees, manually check employees in or out when needed, deactivate or trash QR codes, recover trashed QR codes, and review logs of important admin and employee actions.

PRIVACY-MINDED WORKFLOW
PointPass explains location use in-app, links to privacy and support pages, and limits live GPS visibility to consented employees who are actively checked in.
