Points Card: Loyalty Program

PointsCard is the company app for your staff. Customers don't download anything. They save a loyalty pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and show the QR at the counter.
Scan a pass to award a visit, give points, look up a balance, or redeem a reward. Gift cards and prepaid packages live on the same pass, so one QR covers points, credit, and punches.
Staff unlock with an access code on a shared phone. Pin the device to a location. Actions are attributed to the person who confirmed them, so you can see who did what.
What you can do
• Scan wallet passes at the counter
• Award visits or spend-based points
• Manage gift card credit and prepaid packages
• Look up customers, notes, and recent activity
• Redeem rewards against a balance
• Share a join QR so new guests add a pass in seconds
• Review analytics for today, 7 days, and 30 days
• Add staff, locations, and rewards from Settings
Customers keep their card in Wallet. You run loyalty from this app.
