Pomli: Classroom Management

Say it once. Pomli files it.

Who was absent, who helped a classmate, which class needs a substitute, how the midterm went—a teacher's day is full of small things that end up scattered across chats, sticky notes and paper notebooks. Pomli keeps them in one place: open it to see your day, speak a sentence to log it.

TODAY AT A GLANCE
Today's to-dos, today's schedule and recent class events on one screen. Drag sections to reorder your home screen, and hide the ones you don't need.

SPEAK IT, AND IT'S FILED
Type or dictate a note. Mention a student by name and Pomli attaches the event to that student and sorts it into the right category—no forms to fill in.

SMART SEATING CHARTS
Set rules for who should or shouldn't sit together, see boys and girls by color, and choose from three arrangement methods. Fine-tune by dragging seats.

GRADES & RANKINGS
Track single- or multi-subject exams. Rankings, score bands and distributions are calculated for you, so you can see who's excelling and who needs support.

CLASS SWAPS & SUBSTITUTES
Overlay your colleagues' schedules to see who's free (green) and who's teaching (red). Finding someone to swap or cover a class takes seconds instead of a round of messages.

CLASS SCHEDULE
View by class or by teacher. Makeup school days are handled automatically: when a weekend becomes a school day, the schedule follows the weekday it replaces.

AWARD CERTIFICATES
Choose from 8 certificate templates, select multiple students, and export a multi-page PDF in one go.

CLASS HORN
Type a message on your phone and it appears instantly on the classroom display. Call a student to the office, remind the class to hand in homework, or announce a lineup, all without raising your voice.
