YOUR ACCOUNT AND SYNC

New installations require sign-in with Apple or Google. Existing history can be brought into your account.

• Sign in with Apple or Google to sync your Focus and Break history, daily goals, and supported settings across iPhone and Mac.
• Keep working offline. Your changes sync when you reconnect.
• Bring your existing history into your account when you sign in.
• Link Apple and Google sign-in methods, export your data, or delete your account from Settings.
