TRACK YOUR PROGRESS. See your total focus time, session count, and profile breakdown across days, weeks, months, or years. Find the balance between focus and rest that works for you.

BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS. Turn on app blocking during a session to stay in the zone. No willpower required. Distracting apps are locked until your session ends.

LIVE ACTIVITIES & LOCK SCREEN. Your timer stays visible on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while you focus. Glance at your progress without opening the app.
