This app was created to help swimming pool inspectors perform pool inspections out in the field and finish their reporting quicker by using this app. The user (pool inspector) can insert data into the different fields regarding the condition of the swimming pool they are inspecting, and the app will capture the data, including photos, and at the end will produce a nice-looking report that can be turned in to the client. This will help the pool inspector from having to buy and use carbon-copy forms that are cumbersome to use and don’t allow much margin for mistakes. This app allows the user to email the report to the client before leaving the property.

The main feature of the App is that it allows the user to create different sentence banks, under each category of the Inspection Form, so that the user can simply insert the most commonly used sentences into the report without having to type them each time one of these comments is needed.

In addition, the App allows the user to sub-categorize the sentence bank, which makes it easier to find the sentence he’s looking for. And of course, if you need to insert a sentence that is not pre-saved in your sentence bank, you can either type it in or simply use the iPad microphone feature to speak it into the report.

Another cool feature of the App is that it lets you insert a large number of photos in the report. And you can even pre-set the colour and size of the arrows and circles which makes photo editing a breeze!
