Since 5 October 2026, the Administrative Control Document (DeCA) for road freight must be digital. It applies to public road haulage carried out within Spain, cabotage included.

QR FOR ROADSIDE INSPECTIONS
Each document generates a PDF and a QR code. The officer scans the code and downloads the PDF directly, with no account and no app. Your DeCA and its QR are saved on your phone, so you can show them:
• With no signal or in aeroplane mode
• In a warehouse or yard with poor coverage
• On a rural road with no connection

BUILT FOR HAULIERS
• Repeat a previous load in a couple of taps
• Save shippers, vehicles, addresses and frequent goods
• Change the vehicle during the journey and keep a record of the change
• Several shipments on one document, when the rules allow it
• Scan a loading order, delivery note or CMR to pre-fill your DeCA (in the app)

EVERY CHANGE IS RECORDED
Corrections follow the official method: the new detail, the reason and the previous detail marked as no longer valid. Nothing is deleted.
