Portmone is a mobile payment service, which includes instant money transfers to a credit card, recharging mobile accounts, mobile payments, paying utility bills and much more just a few clicks away. There is also a nice bonus: a service to pay transport fees, which covers Kyiv, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kryvyi Rih, Vinnytsia and Ternopil. The application will work as your e-wallet and is perfect for people who value their time.

You don’t have to sign up in the app, operations can be performed without any restrictions. It is also possible to create a personal account. For this purpose, you only need an email and a phone number.



Portmone service functions

Paying utility bills 2 clicks away
To pay your bills without leaving home, open the application and select your region. Then enter the EDRPOU or the name of the company you need. Then follow the request form, fill in all necessary payment details and confirm the transaction.

For a more convenient use, you can select a section where specific service companies are gathered, for example:
● telephony (Ukrtelecom, Vega, Telegroup-Ukraine);
● television (Triolan, Viasat, Volya);
● security (Venbest, Morgan Security Group);
● transactions using payment details;
● Internet (Intertelecom, Kyivstar home internet);
● utility bills (Naftogaz, KievGazEnergy);


For the registered users, a function of paying utility bills at a saved address is available just one click away. When the address is specified, the utility bills will be automatically uploaded. All you need to do is choose the ones you need and pay them.


Money transfer
With Portmone you can transfer money quickly and securely. You only need to enter the card number from which the transaction will be made, enter its validity period, the recipient's card number (it is possible to scan the card) and specify the amount.


Transfer from Europe
You can receive and send money from Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Romania and other countries within the Mastercard region comprising Europe. The currencies accepted are EUR, PLN, or RUB. Currencies are debited at the rate of the Portmone payment system. The minimum service fee is 2%.


QR Code Transactions
You just need to scan the QR of the recipient by connecting/activating the barcode scanner function.


Traffic in Kiev
There’s a quick access to Kyiv Smart Card and Digital Kyiv on the main page. Now you no longer have to stand in line to buy bus and metro tickets.


Transactions using payment details
To make a payment conveniently and quickly, select the required region, enter the EDRPOU or the name of the necessary company, go to the suggested section and fill in the following data:

- EDRPOU (TIN) of the recipient;
- The recipient’s name and IBAN.


For maximum comfort, there is a data scan function.


Payment templates
This is a section in which all transactions will be automatically gathered. You no longer need to remember when and where to transfer money. In order not to miss any payments — set an option of a regular payment or auto payment to save your time.
