Description
PourLog is the concrete field-acceptance sheet for the ACI field testing technician — built to run entirely offline, right at the truck, with no account and no subscription.
Record a full field-acceptance test in one pass: slump (C143), air content (C231/C173), concrete temperature (C1064), the C172 sampling time windows, ready-mix ticket and mix data, and your cylinder set with cast time and curing (C31). PourLog flags each reading against the limits YOU enter (project spec or ASTM C94 defaults) — every flag cites its source, because acceptance is always the EOR's or spec authority's call, not the app's.
Then generate an audit-recognizable, ACI-style field-acceptance PDF and a tracked cylinder break-date log on site — so you never re-key paperwork back at the office and never miss a 7- or 28-day break date.
WHAT YOU GET • Fresh-concrete tests: slump, air, temperature — flagged in/out of range vs. your spec • C172 timing windows so a sample never goes stale • Cylinder log with cast time, curing notes, and automatic 7/28-day break-date reminders • Ready-mix ticket / mix-design capture (optical-scan assisted, every field confirmed by you) • Audit-style field-acceptance PDF + CSV export, share or AirDrop on site • US units (in/°F/psi/lb) or SI (mm/°C/MPa) — switch anytime • 100% offline · no account · no cloud · no subscription · data stays on your device
FREE TO TRY Build and check one pour with full tolerance flagging and cylinder entry for free. Unlock once to export PDF/CSV reports, log unlimited pours, and get break-date reminders — a one-time purchase, no subscription.
PourLog records and flags against the limits you enter and cites ASTM/ACI references; it is a recording and reporting aid, not an acceptance authority and not a substitute for the project specification or the engineer of record.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
