Praise and Protect is an easy to use app that is available to any company free of charge to emphasize their dedication to a safe and employee-first work culture. FLX’s goal is to remove the cost barrier of investing in the safety of your organization and those who get your product out the door or deliver the service you provide.

Employees can use the app to quickly and anonymously complete a form to praise a co-worker for their attention to safety or coaching others when they observe something that puts themselves or others at risk. This capability shows the value the company places on recognizing those who go the extra distance to assure a safe work environment and culture. Positive reinforcement will drive others to take safety protocol seriously.

Employees can also choose to protect a coworker from potential danger and injury by anonymously sharing information about an event or consistent practices where coworkers were at risk. This empowers employees to speak up when they observe safety concerns without concern of being punished or worry that a co-worker’s job will be at risk. Leadership is provided an opportunity to correct potential hazards or coach employees before someone gets injured.
