Find clear, calm guidance for challenging situations, including signs of overdose, GHB/GBL danger, overheating, and intense experiences. Learn about the recovery position, naloxone basics, and helpful information to share with emergency services. The emergency button opens your phone’s dialer and lets you confirm your saved emergency number before calling.

When you travel, Prema can — with your permission — check your device’s local time zone and suggest an appropriate emergency number. This process takes place locally on your device and keeps your information within your personal space. Prema gives you full control over your emergency number.

Keep a private, on-device record of your care journey. Return to your reflections whenever you wish to notice patterns, celebrate progress, and understand yourself more deeply.
