PrepSteady

PrepSteady is the preparation-first habit tracker that helps busy professionals beat the "Wednesday Fall-off" — the Sunday motivation that collapses into midweek takeout.

WIN THE WEEK BEFORE IT STARTS
Spend a few minutes on Sunday building your Preparation Score: check off meal components, groceries, and habit-readiness items. The Proof Gauge fills as your week gets Wednesday-proof.

MIDWEEK RESCUE WHEN TEMPTATION HITS
Tap "I'm Tempted" for instant backup meals and a quick, judgment-free intervention — then log it so you spot the pattern next time.

SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY
Track your Preparation Score trend, weekly streaks, station breakdowns, and the money you've saved by skipping takeout.

YOUR MEAL ROTATION
Keep your go-to simple meals and emergency backups in one place, ready when you need them.
