PrimoLedger is the bookkeeping app built for the way small business owners actually work - fast to
set up, calm to use every day, and structured the way a real ledger should be.
Every business you add starts with a 60-day free trial. After that, each business is its own
subscription - Monthly ($9.99) or Annual ($95.90, save 20%) - so each business is billed
independently and your first business's price never changes when you add another.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Multi-business workspace. Switch between the books of every business you own from the top bar -
each one with its own ledger, customers, vendors, and tax setup. No "company per subscription"
trap.
• Real bookkeeping. A proper chart of accounts seeded for your jurisdiction (US sales tax, Canada
GST/HST/QST, UK/EU VAT, Colombia IVA), not a watered-down spreadsheet.
• Invoices and bills. Send customer invoices, track receivables, record vendor bills, and
reconcile payables - with status, due dates, and aging built in.
• Banking. Connect your bank to sync transactions automatically, or import a CSV / OFX statement.
Reconcile against your books with confidence.
• Payments. Get paid through Stripe Connect, manage refunds and disputes from inside the app, and
let recurring invoices auto-charge with your customer's consent.
• Reports that match what owners actually ask. Profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, aging, tax
summaries - calculated against the live ledger, not a snapshot.
• Multi-currency. USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, COP - each business books in its own currency, and
consolidation handles the conversion.
• Privacy and control. Your books are yours. Delete your account and the businesses you own with
it from Settings - Preferences - Delete account.

- Payroll: $5 per active employee/month, metered
- AI assist: $6/month
• A 60-day free trial begins when you add a business; a payment method is collected at signup but
you are not charged until the trial ends.
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
PrimoLedger subscriptions are managed through your primoledger.com account (not through Apple ID)
under the App Store's Enterprise Services exception. Sign in at primoledger.com to manage, change,
or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds and billing questions are handled by our team directly -
