Privam - Private AI Assistant

Privam is an AI assistant that runs on your phone, not in the cloud. What you write, say and record stays on your device.
No account. No subscription. One app for chatting with AI, talking across languages and turning recordings into text.

CHAT WITH AI
• Ask, write, plan, learn: the answers are written on your device
• Paste a text or take a photo and get a summary, a translation or a plain explanation in one tap
• Talk hands-free and have answers read aloud
• Translate any answer into another language

INTERPRETER FOR TWO PEOPLE
• Put the phone between you: each of you speaks, Privam translates and says it aloud
• Face-to-face mode turns the other half of the screen towards the person you talk to
• More than 50 languages; speak in most of them, type in all of them
• Conversations can be saved, continued and shared

RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE
• Record a meeting, a lecture or a voice note, also with the screen off
• Get the text with timestamps, then a summary, key points and action items; tap the time beside a key point to hear that moment
• See who said what: Privam tells the voices apart on your device, and you can name the speakers
• Ask questions about a recording, search inside it, export TXT, SRT or VTT
• Add audio files you already have

ONE LIBRARY
• Chats, interpreter conversations and recordings in one searchable place

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• The AI model runs on your device: your chats, photos and recordings are never uploaded
• No account and no sign-in
• Works without internet (unlimited with Premium; the free version includes a short offline trial)
• Free version: non-personalized ads. To show them, Google AdMob receives technical data from the app (advertising ID, IP address, device and ad-interaction data), never your chats, photos or recordings. The store's privacy label describes exactly this data
• Premium: no ads. The advertising service is never started, so nothing is collected for advertising. Privam has no analytics or tracking of its own, in either version

FREE AND PREMIUM
• Free: unlimited chat, 10 interpreter translations a day, recordings up to 5 minutes, and the first 5 minutes of an audio file transcribed. The free version shows non-personalized ads.
• Premium: one purchase, not a subscription. No ads, unlimited offline use, unlimited interpreter, recordings and whole audio files up to 2 hours.

GOOD TO KNOW
• After installing, Privam downloads its AI model once (about 2.6 GB, Wi-Fi recommended). From then on the AI runs on your device.
• Requires iOS 17 or later and an A15 chip or newer with at least 4 GB of memory (iPhone 13 and later, recent iPads).
• Also runs on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later), as an iPad app.
• AI can be wrong. Check important information.

Privam runs open models on your device: Gemma for chat and translation, Whisper for speech recognition.
