Funciona assim: você treina, tira dúvidas, comunica com seu treinador, visualiza sua avaliação, e recebe o treino com fotos e vídeos dos exercícios que foram planejados pra você.

Veja abaixo as principais funcionalidades do app:

- Nunca fique sem treinar, o app avisa quando seu treinador disponibiliza um treino novo e quando um treino antigo terminou!
- Treinar com o nosso "Treinador Virtual" que te mostra como fazer cada exercício da ficha, cronometrando seu tempo de descanso e te mostrando a forma de execução através de imagens e vídeos.
- Acessar os dados de sua Academia e Treinador e ainda comunicar-se com eles por meio de mensagens.
- Acessar as informações das avaliações feitas na academia;
- Ver todo seu histórico de treinos;
- Alterar seus dados de perfil
- Monitorar seus batimentos cardíacos durante o treino (somente com uso de Weareables)
