Description

「PROACTIVE業務効率化アプリ」はSCSK株式会社が提供するクラウドERP「PROACTIVE」のスマートフォンアプリです。
こちらのアプリをご利用頂くことで、経費精算で利用する交通系ICカード読み取り機能、証憑登録機能をスマートフォンからでもご利用いただく事ができます。
■証憑登録
領収書をスマートフォンで撮影し、「日付」「金額」「会社」などの情報を登録する事により、精算明細データを自動作成します。
作成された精算明細から、経費精算伝票の作成が可能です。
ーAI領収書読み取り機能（オプション）
　ディープラーニングによる、AI-OCRで高精度に読み取ったレシートなどの日付や、合計金額、支払先といった必要な情報をテキストへ変換し、経費精算明細を自動作成します。
　領収書の読み取りに特化したAI-OCRのため、認識率95％以上の高精度を実現します。
　読み取り精度の向上が難しいとされてきた手書き領収書においても、高精度での読み取りが可能です。
　撮影した領収書の日付、金額、支払先をAIがチェックし、項目ごとにAIの読み取り信頼度をパーセント表示します。
　経理部門は、AIにより判定された信頼度情報を詳細確認の要否判断などに活用できるため、確認作業の効率化を支援します。
■交通系ICカード読み取り機能
交通系ICカード（Suica/PASMO等）をスマートフォンで読み取る事により、精算明細データを自動作成します。
作成された精算明細から、経費精算伝票の作成が可能です。
※PROACTIVEではクラウドERPとして経費申請・精算登録を利用可能となっており
交通費、出張旅費および立替購入時の費用といった各種経費の申請・精算登録を行います。
AI領収書読み取り機能や交通系ICカード読み取り機能で取得した情報をもとに、経費精算伝票の作成が可能です。
本アプリを利用することで経費申請・精算登録の業務をより効率化いたします。
