Proddigy: Patterns & Insights

Learn from your patterns.

Do you feel more energetic on days you exercise? Does your sleep relate to your focus at work? What changes when you make time for yourself?

Proddigy helps you explore these questions with your own data. Track what matters to you, discover connections between your work, wellbeing, and habits, and try changes to see what works for you.

QUICK CHECK-INS, RIGHT FROM YOUR NOTIFICATIONS

Answer scheduled questions on your iPhone or Apple Watch without opening the app. Choose what you want to track and set up questions, answers, and a schedule that fits your routine.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Start with a template or create your own trackers across three areas:

• Work: productivity, focus, time spent working, and more
• Wellbeing: energy, mood, stress, and sleep quality
• Habits: exercise, meditation, reading, coffee, and whatever else you’re curious about

EXPLORE YOUR PATTERNS

Look back at your entries through charts and calendar views. See how your answers vary over time and across different days and times.

Use correlations to explore how your metrics move together, such as sleep and focus or exercise and mood. Trends help you spot changes in your tracking averages that you might otherwise miss.

TRY A CHANGE AND COMPARE

Curious whether an earlier bedtime or a regular walk makes a difference?

Set up an experiment for a period when you’re trying something different. Proddigy compares your average tracking scores during that period with those outside it, so you can see what changed.

Build a clearer picture of your work, wellbeing, and habits, one check-in at a time.
