Property Inspection Manager

PIM – Your Complete Digital Inspection Platform
For Residential, Commercial, Social Housing & Custom Inspections

Transform your property inspections with PIM — the all-in-one app trusted by property professionals worldwide. From routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing condition reports (PCRs), rooming & tenant inventories to maintenance, rental minimum standards & compliance checklists, PIM makes every inspection effortless: fully digital, professional and mobile.

NEW IN PIM
• AI Assisted Inspections – PIM analyses your photos and videos and suggests notes for each area, ready to review and approve. Consistent reports in a fraction of the time.
• Onsite Maintenance Requests – Spot an issue and raise a request instantly. Cirrus8 & Re-Leased users send it straight to their property management system; not integrated? Email a fully formatted request — photos, priority and target date included — to any contact.
• Auto Collate Maintenance Notes – PIM gathers maintenance notes from across your inspection into one place, with optional AI summarising.
• Smart Property Profiles – Set up inspection areas to match any property in seconds.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATIONS
With Cirrus8, Re-Leased, MRI Property Tree, Console Cloud and Chintaro, your completed inspections upload automatically — no manual entry, no double-handling. PIM also imports inspection data from REST, PropertyMe, RP Office, GOAT, RealPro & Greentree via data files.
