• Select your device, brand, model, device purchase month
• Pay for a plan of your choice and register your profile with us
• Name your device, enter device IMEI/Serial number & submit - that’s it. Your device protection plan and T&Cs will be sent to you over email

Make claims any time online with just a few clicks

• Visit Protect4Less website and log on
• Click on “My Account”, and then on “My Devices”
• Click on “Open Claim” next to the device for which you want to open a claim
• Fill a short online claim form, select a service canter of your choice & submit

Fast and transparent claim processing

• Your device will be picked up for repairs if you had selected pickup & drop option while submitting a claim, else you can drop the device at the service canter you had selected
• Most claims are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Email notifications will be sent to you at every stage of the claim process
• You can also check the status of a claim any time online, by clicking on “My Claims”
