Uno degli obiettivi prioritari di ProVelo è quello di perseguire un continuo miglioramento delle condizioni per i ciclisti in Ticino.
Questa App è gratuita ed offre la possibilità di segnalare i vari punti che giudicate problematici, critici o pericolosi. I punti da voi inseriti verranno integrati nella mappa online. Invitiamo tutti i ciclisti ticinesi a segnalare qualsiasi punto critico o pericoloso. I singoli punti segnalati vengono analizzati e segnalati alle autorità con le quali si procede a trovare delle soluzioni.

Anonimamente, senza doversi registrare, è possibile:
- consultare i punti critici inseriti dagli utenti e seguire l'evoluzione dei casi
- utilizzare l'app in modalità navigation per far seguire la mappa alla propria posizione mentre si viaggia.

È richiesta la registrazione e l'identificazione per:
- poter effettuare la segnalazione di un caso
- gestire i propri casi
- sottoscrivere il proprio commento o interesse ad un caso esistente, questo fa in modo che il caso assuma maggiore peso e priorità
