Description by Morgan Kievits(from the App Store)
Psyche creates personalized guided meditation sessions designed around your mind, your goals, and the way you naturally think.
Whether you want to change a habit, visualize a desire, observe unconscious thought patterns, practice breathwork, sleep more peacefully, or reconnect with yourself, Psyche creates an immersive session tailored to what you need in that moment.
MEDITATION MADE PERSONAL
Generic recordings cannot know what you are working through. Psyche asks thoughtful questions before each session, then uses your answers to create a guided experience shaped around your intentions, emotional patterns, preferred style, and desired outcome.
Every session is created for you—not pulled from a prerecorded meditation library.
CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE
Create personalized sessions for:
• Manifesting and visualizing a desire • Changing habits and recurring patterns • Exploring unconscious thoughts and beliefs • Breathwork, stillness, and inner awareness • Relaxation and restful sleep • Confidence, focus, motivation, and personal growth
GUIDANCE THAT SPEAKS TO YOU
Psyche combines AI-generated meditation scripts, calming narration, immersive sound, visualization, and intentional moments of silence.
Your answers guide the language and direction of each session, helping the experience feel relevant, personal, and emotionally resonant.
BUILT FOR YOUR INNER WORLD
With Psyche, you can:
• Generate a new personalized session whenever you need one • Choose the type and length of your experience • Listen with your screen off • Download sessions for offline listening • Save meaningful sessions to return to later • Build a personal library of inner work • Explore your habits, beliefs, desires, and unconscious patterns
FOR THE MOMENTS BETWEEN WAKING AND SLEEP
Psyche is designed for the quiet moments when the conscious mind begins to soften—before sleep, after waking, during meditation, or whenever you want to turn inward.
Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and enter a session created specifically for the person you are becoming.
Your mind is not generic. Your meditation should not be either.
Psyche is intended to support meditation, relaxation, reflection, and personal development. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
