1. Science-based, step-by-step rehab and mobility programs to follow
2. Plans to help you with lower back, shoulder, knee, and foot issues (just to name a few)
3. Detailed video demonstrations and descriptions of every exercise in app
4. Community support to help you answer questions and stay on track with your recovery.
Every program in the app is designed by Dr. Adam McCluskey, PT, DPT, CES, a globally sought-out physical therapist who specializes in helping active adults transform how their bodies move and feel.
