Puffer is een app die je kan helpen om meer inzicht te krijgen in je astma, door het bijhouden van thuismetingen, contact met zorgprofessionals en het kunnen vinden informatie als je dat nodig hebt. Op deze manier kun je tussen doktersafspraken in meer doen om je astma onder controle te krijgen, of te houden. De Puffer app is ontwikkeld door wetenschappelijk onderzoekers, designers, techneuten en zorgprofessionals. De functionaliteiten van de app zijn gebaseerd op een aantal succesvolle onderzoeken, die lieten zien dat deze manier van zorg effectief is bij kinderen met astma.
KENMERKEN:
