PulseCheck: Fire & EMS

PulseCheck is a wellness and self check-in app designed specifically for fire and EMS professionals. Built with respect for the culture, demands, and realities of public safety work, PulseCheck offers practical tools to help users check-in with themselves, process experiences, and build long term resilience. PulseCheck is not therapy and not an employee assistance program. It is a private, opt-in tool intended to support daily awareness, reflection, and mental preparedness.

Free features available without a subscription include primary emotional and well being check-ins, access to curated wellness and educational articles in the Pocket Guide, and crisis tools designed to help users gain insight, identify supports, and connect with assistance when needed.

An auto renewable subscription is required to unlock additional tools and features. Subscription features include self assessments for anxiety, depression, distress, burnout, trauma, and stress. Guided meditations, secure journaling, and a values compass support reflection and mental readiness. Charts and visual trend displays allow users to view changes in mood, anxiety, depression, distress, and stress over time.

PulseCheck offers an auto renewable subscription with a free trial. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through Apple ID account settings.

PulseCheck is designed with privacy and autonomy in mind. Individual user data is not shared with employers or agencies. The app is intended to complement existing supports such as peer support, clinicians, and employee assistance programs, not replace them.
