PumpLock: Alarm & App Blocker

Work out, complete your morning alarm challenge, and earn your screen time!

PumpLock combines a workout alarm and an app blocker. Start your morning with movement and earn time for the apps you choose by exercising. Your iPhone camera counts your reps on your device.

WORKOUT ALARM
• Set an alarm and choose your morning exercise challenge.
• Start your day with push-ups, squats, or other supported exercises.
• Create different alarms for weekdays and weekends.
• Customize your snooze options and workout goals.

iOS system alarm controls always remain available. PumpLock can schedule follow-up alarms for unfinished challenges. It does not promise to prevent stopping an alarm through system controls.

MOVE TO EARN SCREEN TIME
App blocking and lock groups are free.
• Choose apps to block using Apple's private selection screen.
• Earn minutes with verified exercise reps.
• With the default push-up rule, 15 push-ups earn 15 minutes.
• Use your earned minutes on your selected apps.
• Apps lock again when your usage time runs out.
• Unused minutes return to your balance according to session rules.
• Turn your daily steps into screen time rewards too.

CAMERA WORKOUT TRACKING
On-device movement tracking for push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, lunges, and planks. Camera footage is never recorded or uploaded. The camera runs only during workouts.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Build your routine with daily goals, streaks, badges, and workout history. Set daily time limits, scheduled locks, and breaks.

PRIVACY
No account required. App data is stored on your device. App blocking uses Apple's Screen Time framework, and alarms use AlarmKit. Screen Time reports are displayed inside Apple's sandboxed report extension.
