Das Ziel dieser App ist es, dich in deinem Training zu unterstützen und zu motivieren. Du allein entscheidest, welcher Ort dich dabei am meisten inspirieren und pushen soll.

Die Anzahl der vorab definierten Liegestütze werden direkt und lokal bis zur Löschung der Applikation, auf deinem iPhone gespeichert.

Let´s Go! Stelle die Anzahl deiner Liegestütze fest! Platziere dazu das iPhone auf dem Boden, bringe dich in Position, so dass deine Nase auf Höhe deines Displays ist und berühre bei jedem Push-Up das Display mit der Nasenspitze.

Am Ende Deines Trainings kannst Du ganz einfach ablesen, wieviele Liegestütze Du gemacht hast.

Damit Du auch noch nach Tagen, Wochen, Monaten oder sogar Jahren Deine Anzahl der täglich gemachten Liegestütze nachschauen kannst, wird Dein Erfolg nach jedem absolvierten Training in Deinem „Liegestütze Tagebuch" gespeichert.
