【スマホをすねに固定して測る】
椅子に座り、iPhoneをすねの前面にバンドで固定します。カメラは使いません。傾きと角速度から次の4つを測ります。
・保持：膝を伸ばしたまま保てた秒数
・30秒回数：30秒間に膝を伸ばせた回数
・速さ：できるだけ速く伸ばしたときの最高角速度
・最大伸展角：完全に伸ばしきるまでに足りない角度
左右を分けて記録し、1日の最長保持を30日のグラフで確認できます。センサーを使わない手動ストップウォッチもあります。
【外来での評価もまとめて記録】
5回立ち上がり、TUG（Timed Up and Go）、10m歩行は計時ボタンつき。MMTとメモも残せます。外来当日のセンサー計測値は自動で取り込まれます。
【どこまで行けば何ができるかの目安】
「つかまって立てる」「屋内を歩ける」「手を使わず立てる」「屋外を歩ける」「階段を昇り降りできる」の5段階で、いまの段階と次の目標に足りない項目を表示します。
【検査のやり方をイラストで】
センサー計測、5回立ち上がり、TUG、10m歩行の準備・手順・記録のしかた・注意をイラスト付きで説明します。
