QuickBill is designed as a practical local-first utility. It does not require an account for core use, does not offer cloud sync, and is not a bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax filing, or financial advice tool.

Receipt photos are stored on your device and, when captured through the app, may also be saved to the QuickBill album in Photos so you can find them later.
