Quiet Iron

Quiet Iron is a workout logger for people who'd rather train than deal with a difficult app.

No streaks. No feed. No notifications begging you to come back. Just a proven plan and the fastest way to log a set — then you put the phone down and lift.

A PLAN THAT'S ALREADY FIGURED OUT
Pick a science-backed 4-day upper/lower split and start. It's the structure research keeps pointing to for building muscle — every muscle trained twice a week — so there's nothing to design.

THE BARBELL DOES THE MATH
Enter the weight per side and see the loaded total instantly, plates and all. Slide the bar open to view both sides, switch between per-side and total, and set your own bar weight. No more plate arithmetic mid-set.

LOG A SET IN SECONDS
Press a number, swipe to change it, done. Your weight and reps carry over from your last set — and your last session — so usually you just confirm and move on. Step back to fix an earlier set anytime.

YOURS ALONE
No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. Quiet Iron has no servers and collects nothing — there's nothing to leak and no one watching.

Calm by design. Built for iPhone.
