Quiet Pilot

Quiet Pilot turns what you say into notes worth keeping — on your iPhone.

Record a thought, a meeting, or a plan out loud. Quiet Pilot transcribes as you speak, then on-device AI shapes your words into the note you need: a summary, a list of actions, meeting notes, key points, or a follow-up email. Or write your own prompt and reuse it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Quiet Pilot transcribes and shapes your notes on this iPhone. Nothing you record is sent to us or to a cloud AI. The app goes online only to download its AI models from Hugging Face and for App Store purchases. Your notes are included in your own iPhone backups, and anything you copy or share goes where you send it.

FREE TO START
• Capture and live transcription are free.
• On iPhones that can run Apple Intelligence, free AI notes use Apple Intelligence; the one-time unlock adds the Pro model (Qwen 3 4B).
• On iPhones that cannot run Apple Intelligence, the Pro model (Qwen 3 4B) is the engine and is free.
• The unlock removes the 3 AI notes every 7 days limit. No subscription. No account.

FIVE BUILT-IN TEMPLATES
• Summary — a short recap
• Actions — every task as a bullet
• Meeting Notes — summary, actions, decisions, open questions
• Key Points — the main ideas
• Email — a short follow-up draft
Or write your own prompt and save it for next time.

LIVE TRANSCRIPTION
• Words appear as you speak, with live partial results
• Recording continues through pauses and app switches; a phone call interrupts capture, and recording resumes when possible
• Long recordings are processed in sections

MADE FOR CAPTURE
• Start from the Lock Screen widget, Control Center, the Action button, or Siri
• Live Activity shows recording status in the Dynamic Island
• Notes organized by date, with search, pinning, and a 30-day Recently Deleted
• Export all your notes as Markdown or JSON — they are yours

NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD AI
No sign-up. No analytics. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected" — that refers to data collected by the developer: we collect no personal data, and we never receive your recordings, transcripts or notes. Model downloads are ordinary web requests to Hugging Face, and your notes are included in your own device backups.

Quiet Pilot is a voice-notes app. Private intelligence, on your device.
