QuoteMGR: Quote Builder

QuoteMGR is the roofing quote builder for contractors who close jobs in the field — not the office.

WEB APP + MOBILE APP — ONE PLATFORM
Every feature on the iOS app is also at quotemgr.614restore.com. Phone, iPad, or desktop — everything syncs. The web app adds Roofr and EagleView PDF import that auto-populates your material before the appointment.

WHAT SETS QUOTEMGR APART

Your Business, Your Materials, Your Pricing
Add any material. Set your own costs, labor rates, and margins — not industry presets or AI guesses. Your numbers, applied to every quote automatically.

Manufacturer Material Templates
Management configures Good/Better/Best products per manufacturer once — GAF, Atlas, CertainTeed, Owens Corning. Field selects the manufacturer; every material field fills in for all three tiers. Select Atlas and the quote builds with ProLam, Pinnacle Pristine, and StormMaster. Consistent across every rep.

Win Rate, Close Rate & Average Deal Size
Track pipeline performance in real time. See win rate, close rate, and average deal size by rep or across the whole team.

Quote View Notifications & Follow-Up Alerts
Get notified when a homeowner opens and views a quote. Get notified if it hasn't been viewed — no lead falls through because nobody followed up.

Financing Built Into the Quote
Connect to the financing companies you already work with. Customers apply directly from the quote — the option is there when they're looking at the numbers and deciding.

White Label Every Document
Your logo, colors, motto, and process. Add a portfolio page, manufacturer brochures, shingle color pages, or any custom content you want homeowners to see.

Strike Mode — Estimate in Seconds
Enter Roofr or EagleView measurements on iPhone or iPad. Strike Mode generates a complete line-item estimate in seconds. No laptop needed.

Photo-Tagged Inspection Reports
Photos tagged by damage location — slope, surface, section. Homeowners see exactly what was found and where.

Good/Better/Best Tiered Quoting
Three material tiers at every job. Homeowners who want the upgrade get the chance to choose it.

AI-Generated Project Descriptions
One tap generates a professional scope of work from your materials and measurements.

AI Integration
Connect your own AI provider with a free API key for free-text integration — find the link right in the app.

E-Signature with Full Tracking
See when your document was opened, viewed, and signed. Homeowner signature returns immediately for your countersignature.

Change Order Protection
Modified estimates automatically become invalid and require new signatures.

Work Orders & Invoices from the Signed Quote
One tap for a work order. One tap for the invoice. No re-entering data.

Payment Tracking
Log payments against a job and generate receipts automatically, all synced across web and iOS.

Team Management
Add team members by role. Everyone syncs across iOS and web in real time.

QuickBooks Sync
Invoices flow directly to QuickBooks.

CANVASSING & CONTINGENCY TOOLS
Sign contingency agreements digitally, on-site, with the homeowner. Once signed, the customer is automatically added to the app and new leads are divvied up evenly across your sales team. Attach a full photo inspection report to every contingency — professional documentation that helps you go to battle for your money with homeowners against that insurance company that seems to always give you trouble.
Receive up to five canvassing seats for no additional charge as an early adopter benefit.
