Description

Radio Base Venezia è un’esperienza nuova, che non vuole però dimenticare il suo passato.

Il progetto nasce dall’iniziativa di alcuni speaker storici di Radio Base Popolare Network, emittente che per decenni ha trasmesso la città soffermandosi sulla politica, il mondo dell’associazionismo, il panorama musicale e gli eventi locali.

Oggi, grazie all’Associazione di Promozione Sociale Venezia Roots E.T.S., questi stessi speaker iniziano un nuovo progetto.

Gli obiettivi sono gli stessi: in linea con il passato, sosteniamo la diffusione e promozione di mostre, festival, eventi, manifestazioni e rassegne teatrali avendo un occhio – e soprattutto un orecchio – di riguardo per lo sport e le realtà locali. E poi il nostro marchio: la buona musica con programmi dedicati ai più disparati generi musicali, in una ricerca continua discostandosi un poco, come è nel nostro DNA, dal concetto di radio “mainstream” per approdare su spiagge sonore sempre nuove e divergenti. Ci piacciono anche i grandi classici, i generi così detti “alternativi” e dare ampio spazio alle band emergenti.
