Welcome to Rainyday, the neighborhood app for parents.

Rainyday brings together what parents are already looking for — all in one app:
• Children’s activities, classes, and events
• A local community board to buy, sell, share, and ask
• Curated parent groups based on your location and child’s age
• Direct messaging with nearby parents

FIND LOCAL CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES
Browse local activities and events with an interactive map - from drop-in classes and events to multi-session programs.
Filter by:

• Age
• Date
• Distance
• Category
• Indoor or outdoor
So you can quickly find options that fit your schedule, your child, and your day.

BUY, SELL, SHARE, AND ASK LOCALLY
Rainyday’s community board makes it easy to exchange information with parents in your neighborhood.
Buy and sell kids’ items, share nanny referrals, ask questions, and swap tips.
No endless scrolling.
No irrelevant posts.
Just useful, local information.

PARENT GROUPS
Parents can opt in to curated parent groups based on location and child’s age.
These groups make it easier to:
• Plan playdates and meet-ups
• Ask questions
• Share experiences
Making it easier for parents to find friendship and support, close to home.

DESIGNED FOR REAL LIFE
Rainyday is built to save time — not take more of it.
By keeping activities, information, and local connections in one place, Rainyday helps reduce searching and decision fatigue.
Less time searching.
More time, period.

BUILT WITH PARENTS IN MIND
Rainyday is designed with privacy, safety, and usefulness at its core.
Profiles represent real parents, conversations stay local, and the app is intentionally focused on quality over noise.
No swiping.
No friend-ing.
No pressure to overshare.
No performance required.
Just a simpler way to navigate everyday parenting — right where you live.

SAFETY COMES FIRST
Rainyday is committed to creating a safe and respectful space for parents.
We maintain zero tolerance for harmful or inappropriate behavior and use a combination of moderation tools, content filters, and reporting features to keep the community safe and respectful. Clear community guidelines and active oversight help ensure Rainyday remains a trusted environment for families.
