• Dispatchers have tools to assign the right truck to the right job = shorter ETAs. Visual dispatch provides dispatchers with a single-screen view of ALL relevant trucks and ALL open jobs - drag & drop for assignment and the call goes to CommLink™.

• Drivers are equipped with the CommLink™ mobile solution which expedites their arrival at the service location, and simplifies the entry of required information (e.g., customer data, vehicle data and more).

• Dispatchers have more time to talk to customers, instead of drivers. Verbal conversations between dispatchers and drivers are replaced with electronic messaging via CommLink™.

• Credit cards can be processed, including pre-authorizations.

• Go Paperless! Receipts can be emailed directly to the customer.

• Job records include all information (e.g., notes) entered by drivers on CommLink™ and are stored electronically and easily retrieved as needed.

• Accounting processes - Driver Checkout, Invoicing, Statements and Receivables Management - are all streamlined - leveraging the field input by drivers using CommLink™. Invoices are submitted electronically to motor clubs. Invoices and payments are both sent to QuickBooks automatically.

• Vehicles are automatically admitted into the lot when the driver marks the vehicle as Dropped in CommLink™. The management of the storage lot is simplified - and mobile enabled for continued picture-taking and physical inventories. Vehicles are easy to find, and the integration with ADD makes it easy to identify registered owners and lien holders, and manage the certified letter mailing process.
