Rapid Weight Loss

Rapid Weight Loss is a Sleep Learning app from hypnotherapist Rachael Meddows. Choose a program at bedtime and her voice guides you into deep relaxation, then works through suggestions for healthier eating habits as you drift off to sleep. Each program plays straight through, with no session to sit through and no wake-up.

Weight is rarely only about food. These programs focus on the habits and thoughts around eating: slowing down, noticing when you have had enough, pausing before an urge, following through on the plan you chose, and speaking to yourself and your body with more kindness. They support the choices you make during the day; they are not a diet, and they do not replace one.

A NIGHT WITH THE APP
• Choose a program and the background sound beneath it
• Leave repeat on and it starts again each time it ends, through the night
• A sleep timer fades it out sooner; a wake alarm brings you up gently
• Lock the phone and put it down. Playback carries on with the screen off

SOUND MIXER
Layer up to four background sounds under a program, from rain and ocean waves to a campfire, crickets and green noise, each at its own level. Five ready-made mixes are included. One sound is free; the full mixer is a one-time unlock.

ALSO INCLUDED
• Playlists to line up a story, a program and affirmations in your own order
• Search across every program
• Lock-screen and Control Center controls
• Works on iPhone and iPad

PAY ONCE
Each program is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Unlock All opens every program, affirmation, story and sound in the app, plus the Sound Mixer. If you have bought from this app before, tap Restore Purchases in Settings and it all comes back.
