Description by Boaz van der Pot(from the App Store)
Rawdogging is a one feature app designed to help you do something that has become surprisingly rare: absolutely nothing.
In a world where every spare minute gets filled with scrolling, checking, and reacting, Rawdogging gives you a clear boundary. When you start a session, your apps are fully blocked. The only thing you can still receive are phone calls. No feeds. No messages. No quick checks. Just you and your thoughts.
Choose 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, or set a custom duration. If you really want to challenge yourself, you can go further. You could rawdog for days. It is entirely up to you.
There are no streaks and no pressure to perform. Rawdogging is not about optimizing your life. It is about consciously stepping away from constant digital input and giving your mind space to reset.
To keep things interesting, the app shows simple stats you can check anytime. Total time rawdogged. Longest session. Personal milestones. Nothing competitive, just a quiet way to see how often you choose stillness.
By blocking everything completely, the decision is already made. You do not rely on willpower in the moment. You commit once and let the silence do its work.
Rawdogging is built around one simple idea: when nothing competes for your attention, clarity follows.
