Receipt Maker: PDF Receipts

Create a clean, signed PDF receipt in about 30 seconds: type the amount, pick who paid, say what it was for, and send it by WhatsApp, email, or print.

Receipt Maker works like a cash register — the number pad comes first, everything else is optional. Built for tradespeople, freelancers, landlords, tutors, cleaners, small shops, and private sellers who get paid in person and want to hand over proof of payment on the spot.

SIX RECEIPT TYPES, ONE SIMPLE FLOW
• Standard receipt — the classic block with number, amount, payer, purpose, place, date, and signature
• Partial payment & deposit — shows the total, what has been paid, and the balance due
• Installment plan — "payment 2 of 6" with the full schedule
• Rent receipt — property, rental period, and an annual statement per tenant (Pro)
• Security deposit — clearly marked, no tax line
• Private sale — sold-as-seen wording with signature fields for both parties

GET PAID THE REST
• Put a payment QR code right on the receipt
• SEPA GiroCode: the payer scans it in their banking app with the balance pre-filled
• Or add your PayPal or Venmo link so the next payment is one tap away

FAST BY DESIGN
• Amount-first entry on a big number pad, with net/gross tax breakdown
• Pick payers from your contacts or saved payer list — recent payers on top
• Reusable purposes, plus optional itemized lines when a receipt needs detail
• The amount in words is added automatically
• Sequential numbering (e.g. RCT-2026-0001) with void handling that keeps the sequence intact
• Duplicate any receipt, or create a follow-up receipt for the remaining balance that references the original

PROFESSIONAL ON PAPER
• Clean receipt templates — 2 free, all with Pro
• Your logo, business details, tax ID, bank details, and signature
• Multiple business profiles, each with its own numbering — switch when creating a receipt (2nd profile onwards with Pro)
• Company stamp (Pro): one per profile, white background removed, printed next to your signature
• Paper sizes: A4, Letter, DIN A6 (free), and 80/58 mm thermal rolls (Pro)
• Tax options that fit: standard rates, mixed rates per line, or tax-exempt wording for small businesses
• Receipts and app interface in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese — pick the receipt language per receipt

ORGANIZED BY DEFAULT
• Searchable history with monthly summaries and filters by payer, type, and period
• Export or re-share any PDF at any time
• Full local backup — take everything with you to a new phone

FREE AND PRO
Receipt Maker is free to download and use: create receipts every month at no cost, with the core receipt types included. Pro removes the watermark and the monthly limit, unlocks all templates, rent receipts with annual statements, additional business profiles, and your company stamp, and includes all future Pro features. Available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

PRIVACY
Receipt content, saved payer details, signatures, and stamps stay on your device; no account is required. Usage statistics and crash reports are only collected if you allow them (you can change this anytime in Settings) and never include receipt contents. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Important:
Receipt Maker creates simple receipts (proof of payment). It does not create full tax invoices and is not a substitute for bookkeeping software, certified cash register systems, or professional tax advice.
