Recess: Rest & Self-Care

Everything gets a slot on the calendar — meetings, errands, everyone else. Except you.

Here's the thing: the weeks you build aren't the enemy of rest. They're the foundation. The busy
days you stack make your world solid — and on top of everything you've built, Recess is where you
grow a garden that's just for you.

Your day lays out as a calm little board: what's booked becomes the bricks you've stacked, and the
open space between is ground you can claim. Claim a walk, a long read, an hour to do nothing — and
a plant grows right on top of your week. Keep tending your kinds of rest and your world becomes a
living garden you can actually see, and want to protect.

A GENTLER KIND OF TRACKER
Recess has no streaks, no scores, and nothing to break. A quiet week never wilts your garden —
it simply rests, ready when you are. Care is the only thing that accumulates. There is nothing
here to feel guilty about, ever.

A LIVING WORLD
• Your day as a cozy isometric board — morning light, dusk, and a starry night sky that shifts
with the real hour.
• Plant a recess and watch it sprout; tend it and watch it grow.
• New worlds quietly open as your care adds up — a grove, a coast, a highland, an aurora — each
with its own light, weather, and little wildlife. Never a grind; they open with time you take back.

WORKS WITH YOUR CALENDAR
Connect your calendar and your real commitments fill in as blocks, privately on your device, so you
can see exactly where your free time actually is. Recess only reads what's booked — it never writes
to your calendar, and nothing leaves your phone.
