Since 2025, German businesses must be able to receive e-invoices — the duty to send them follows step by step. Rechnio gets you ready today: real EN 16931 e-invoices at the tap of a button — as XRechnung (XML) for public authorities, ZUGFeRD (PDF with embedded data) for companies, Factur-X 1.0 for France and Peppol BIS 3.0, for example for Austria. Every invoice carries the mandatory details under § 14 UStG; a checklist tells you beforehand if something is missing. Rechnio also reads incoming e-invoices — and books them as an expense.
