RecTapApp - AI Notes & Summary

【概要 / Description】
RecTapApp turns your recordings into transcripts and summaries automatically: just stop recording and AI does the rest. Meetings, sales calls, lectures, interviews or notes to yourself, each one is summarized to fit its content.

Made for you if you…
• Spend time writing minutes or summaries after every meeting
• Want an accurate record of what was said, in person or online
• Want to keep track of who said what
• Would rather use the iPhone and Apple Watch you already have than buy a dedicated AI recorder
• Want to share summaries with your team right away via Google Drive or Dropbox

■ Recording
• Just press record. It keeps recording when the screen is locked or you switch to other apps
• If a phone call interrupts, recording resumes automatically
• Up to 12 hours per recording. When the battery runs low, it stops and saves automatically
• Connect your calendar to use the name of your next event as the title

■ Apple Watch, all day long
• Start and stop recording from your wrist. It keeps recording with the screen off
• Record with one tap from a watch face complication
• When you stop, the recording goes to your iPhone and the summary starts automatically

■ High-quality transcripts that tell speakers apart
• Speech is transcribed and split into "Speaker A", "Speaker B" and so on. Recordings of just one person work too
• You choose the spoken language (8 languages), so it isn't mistaken for another language

■ AI summaries that fit the content
• 30+ formats such as meeting minutes, sales call notes and lecture notes, or let it choose automatically
• Organizes key points, decisions and to-dos (with owners and deadlines)
• Processing continues while you use other apps, and you're notified when it's done (iOS 26 or later)

■ Summaries go to your cloud
• Saved automatically to Google Drive (Google Docs) or Dropbox. You can also choose not to save to the cloud
• The Status tab shows at a glance what's being transcribed, what's done and where it was saved. Recordings from iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and the Chrome extension are all in one place

■ Web meetings on your computer, too
• With the Chrome extension, record the other participants in Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams together with your own voice. Works with the same account

■ Transcript only: always free
• Transcribed right on your iPhone, iPad or Mac (iOS 26 / macOS 26 or later), with no limit on how many or how long
• Audio stays on your device. Transcripts are saved to the same place as your summaries

■ Pricing (summaries)
• New users can try it free for 30 minutes
• Monthly plans (tax incl.): Lite ¥500 (11 h/month), Plus ¥800 (19 h/month), Pro ¥1,200 (29 h/month), Max ¥2,500 (64 h/month)
• The plans differ only in how much time you get each month. No API key needed
