If you choose to link a subscription to a registered Reece account, Reece asks first; one subscription can be linked to one registered account. To request a transfer, contact support; any transfer requires verification and is not automatic. PRIVACY AND CONTROL AI receipt recognition is optional. Before receipt content is sent to the third-party AI service, Reece explains what is shared and asks for permission. Decline to keep using manual entry and other non-AI features. Optional analytics and diagnostics are off by default. New receipt images uploaded for recognition or cloud sync have embedded photo metadata removed from the upload copy. Compatible older cloud copies are repaired when their owner next syncs; local files remain unchanged. The private structured recognition cache expires within seven days of the recognition request; submitted image bytes are not stored in that cache. Recognition can make mistakes. Review important amounts, dates, VAT and merchant details before relying on or exporting them.
