reell Sleep

Rest comes without pressure.

At bedtime the mind keeps racing, and many apps make it worse: more prompts, more tracking, more numbers to compare. We believe an evening should help you wind down, not grade you. That is why reell Sleep never turns your sleep into a score and does not want an account: what you log stays on your device. Buy once, done, no subscription, no ads.

Here is how it feels: a calm circle guides your breathing, soothing sounds carry you into sleep, and a gentle alarm with a slowly rising tone brings you back in the morning instead of startling you. Nothing blinks, nothing pushes, nothing overwhelms you.

For anyone whose mind is still racing at bedtime, or who wants to improve their sleep duration and rhythm. Here is what is inside:

IN THE RIGHT RHYTHM
- Set your wake time and sleep cycles, reell Sleep works out your bedtime for restful nights.
- An optional gentle daily reminder on your iPhone tells you it is getting late.

BREATHE TO SLOW DOWN
- A calm breathing circle with simple patterns quiets a busy mind before the thoughts take hold.

SOOTHING SOUNDSCAPES
- Rain, ocean waves, warm and white noise, wind and wind chimes, freely mixable into your own soundscape.
- Fades out gently instead of stopping abruptly.

WAKE UP GENTLY
- A soft alarm with a slowly rising sound instead of a harsh tone.

YOUR SLEEP DIARY, AND IT STAYS YOURS
- Your nights as a monthly calendar, a heatmap across the months, up to 5 years back.
- Moon phases in the calendar, supermoon and micromoon included: brighter and darker nights at a glance. Whether a pattern shows up over the months is entirely for you to notice, reell Sleep promises nothing.
- Landscape view: a whole month across the full width with every metric at once.
- No subscription that can lapse: in five years your nights are still there, on your device, backed up through your iCloud backup, not on someone else's server.

PRIVATE, NO MEASURING DEVICE
- No sensors, no microphone, no Health access. reell Sleep does not quietly measure anything and needs no device worn on your body.
- Your data stays with you, local on the device, backed up through your iCloud backup.

MADE TO FEEL RIGHT
- Calm design that follows the system appearance.
- Adapts cleanly to Larger Text and Display Zoom.
