Tell it once what bothers you – your triggers, allergies and intolerances. From then on the app matches everything against them: recipes you create, menus you scan, and any recipe you find anywhere.

Three ways to eat with more ease:
• Create – Say what you feel like, or enter your ingredients (even by photo). A mild, reflux-aware recipe in seconds, matched to your profile.
• Scan the menu – Photograph the menu at the restaurant and see at a glance what may be better tolerated, where to be cautious, and what contains your excluded ingredients.
• Recipe Check – Paste any recipe. The app reviews it in a reflux-aware way against your profile, flags strong ingredients and suggests milder alternatives. Your first checks are free.

The app that knows you:
• "Tolerated well" – mark what agrees with you and collect your favorites.
• "For you" – suggestions based on what you tolerate well.
• Cook mode – step-by-step cooking with the screen staying awake.

Privacy first:
• No account, no sign-up – start right away.
• Triggers, tolerance and collections stay on your iPhone.
• For AI features we send only neutral cooking constraints (e.g. "lactose-free", "no tomato") – no name, no identifier. Photos are discarded after analysis.

Free to start, Premium when you need it:

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
