Regularity: Bowel Movement Log

Track your digestive health privately and effortlessly. Log bowel movements in seconds from your iPhone or Apple Watch — built for people managing IBS, IBD, Crohn's, colitis, or anyone who wants a clear record to understand their patterns and share with their doctor.

No subscription, ever. Regularity is a one-time purchase.

FAST, PRIVATE LOGGING
One tap to record an event. Add detail only when it's useful:
• Urgency level
• Pain level
• Amount (small, average, large)
• Leakage
• Blood presence
• Bristol Stool Scale consistency (Type 1–7)
• Free-text notes

MARK WHAT CHANGES
Log a medication start, diet change, or procedure as a marker on your timeline. It appears as a line across your charts, so
you can see how your patterns shifted before and review with your doctor.
