Rehearsd: Talk With Confidence

You already know how this goes. You rehearse a difficult conversation it in the shower, then freeze the moment it's real — or say the wrong thing and replay it for a week.

Rehearsd lets you have the hard conversation before you have it. Practice with an AI that plays the other person — your boss, your partner, your roommate, a stranger who won't take no for an answer — and pushes back the way they actually would. Say the actual words out loud, get it wrong in private, and walk into the real thing already having done it once.

EXAMPLE SCENARIOS YOU'LL PRACTICE
• Asking for a raise and holding your ground on it
• Setting a boundary with a friend who won't stop asking for money
• Giving a coworker honest feedback without it turning into a defense
• Standing firm at customer service instead of settling for store credit
• Naming a pattern with your partner or roommate, not just the one incident
• Holding a "no" with a parent who won't drop it, or a date who won't take the hint
• Or describe your own situation in your own words — Rehearsd builds a custom scenario around it, casting who's who correctly from what you actually wrote

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose a scenario and a difficulty, from an easy, cooperative partner up to Nightmare — combative, relentless, and giving up nothing
• Practice by live voice call, by text, or by talking it out loud with speech-to-text — whichever gets you actually saying the words
• The AI stays in character and pushes back for real, instead of folding the moment you push
• After every session: a score, a breakdown of which techniques you used, what worked, what didn't, and the full transcript to review
• Short lessons teach each technique first — Broken Record, Fogging, Negative Inquiry, and the rest — so you're not improvising it cold in the roleplay

BUILT ON REAL TECHNIQUE, NOT VIBES
Rehearsd teaches the classic assertiveness techniques used in behavioral training — Broken Record, Fogging, Negative Assertion, Negative Inquiry, Free Information, Self-Disclosure, and Workable Compromise — then has you actually use them under pressure, not just read about them.

WHO IT'S FOR
Anyone who leaves a hard conversation wishing they'd said something differently: asking for what you're owed, holding a boundary, giving feedback, saying no, or just not backing down the second someone pushes.

Full access to all scenarios, lessons, difficulty levels, and practice modes requires a Rehearsd subscription.
