Reiki World Healing

Learn Reiki properly — from your first quiet breath to giving a complete, confident session to another person.

Reiki World Healing is a full course and a practice companion in one. Sixteen beautifully written lessons take you through the Usui system step by step, and a guided session timer carries your hands through every position — so you can stay present instead of watching a clock.

THE COMPLETE COURSE
• Foundation: what Reiki is, the five principles, ki, chakras and the aura, gassho and kenyoku
• Self-Healing: the cleansing breath, all twelve positions, the full daily routine, Hatsurei-ho
• Treating Others: ethics and consent, preparing the space, byosen scanning, the complete 16-position table session, closing well
• Integration: an honest note on attunement, and a life with Reiki

GIVE A FULL SESSION — GUIDED
The first app with a dedicated mode for treating another person. A preparation checklist (consent, gassho, kenyoku, byosen scan), then every hand position guided in silence: an elegant body diagram with a glowing marker, placement instructions, a gentle pulse at each change. 3 or 5 minutes per position, front only or front and back.

SELF-HEALING, EVERY DAY
The traditional 12-position evening sequence, a 10-minute morning form, and a 5-minute micro practice for anywhere. Begin with 21 evenings — the streak will carry you.

YOUR JOURNEY
Lessons completed, sessions, minutes, day streak. A journal for sensations and moments. The five principles, one each day.

Everything stays on your device. No account, no tracking.

Reiki is a complementary relaxation practice. It is not a medical treatment, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and never replaces professional medical care. This app teaches Reiki but does not confer attunement or certification — that requires a qualified teacher (directories at reiki.org and iarp.org).
