Aplikacja służy do prowadzenia poprawnej relaksacji oddechowej. Opiera się na terapii poznawczo behawioralnej (CBT) i została stworzona przez psychoterapeutę CBT prof. Marka Krzystanka. Dzięki autorskiemu rozwiązaniu użytkownik może obserwować swój oddech na ekranie smartfonu i przy użyciu zestawu mikrofonowo-słuchawkowego synchronizować swój oddech z oddechem wzorcowym. Relaksacja trwa 6 minuty, na koniec użytkownik otrzymuje komunikat o poziomie synchronizacji, który jest miarą poprawnie przeprowadzonej relaksacji. Aplikacja pozwala również w prosty sposób ocenić nasilenie stresu przed i po relaksacji oddechowej, co pozwala użytkownikowi monitorować swoje samopoczucie.
