Getting Started
To use RSM, you’ll need a Keenfinity Single Sign-On (SSO) login. This secure authentication service is free and easy to set up.
Ask your installing dealer or an existing admin user to invite your email address. Once invited, just log in—and your linked panels will appear automatically.

Requirements & Compatibility
• Compatible with B and G Series panels running firmware 3.09 and above
• Full feature support requires firmware 3.10 or later
• Uses TLS 1.2 encryption and enhanced security checks for added protection
• Requires iOS 17 or later (iOS 18 recommended for latest security enhancements)
