Renewal: Home Keeper

That gym membership you forgot to cancel? That subscription that quietly renewed last month? Renewal catches those before they cost you and remembers everything else your home and car need, so you don't have to.

Change the HVAC filter. Rotate the tires. Cancel the trial before it charges. These are the things you know you should do but keep forgetting until something breaks or the credit card statement arrives. Renewal fixes that quietly, without nagging.

• Cancel subscriptions before they charge
• Never miss an oil change or filter swap
• One tap to log a warranty claim
• 100% private. No account, no ads, no data collected

THE MONEY TAB

See every subscription, what it costs per month, and how much is quietly draining your account through things you've marked as unused. Add a subscription in seconds with its renewal period and price. Tap "Used" or "Not used" when one renews, and Renewal keeps a running total of what you're paying for and not touching.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell Renewal what you've got: a house, a car, some subscriptions, and it builds your schedule in seconds. Smart defaults mean you don't start from scratch: air filters every 3 months, oil changes every 5, smoke detector batteries every 6. Adjust anything. Add anything. The app handles the rest.

When something's due, you get one notification. Mark it done in a tap and it rolls forward to the next cycle. For longer-running tasks, snooze it a week if the timing's off. That's the whole loop.

WHAT YOU TRACK

Home maintenance: HVAC filters, water heater flushes, gutter cleaning, dryer vents, smoke detectors, appliance warranties, and anything else your home needs on a schedule.

Car upkeep: oil changes, tire rotations, inspections. Set your interval, forget about it until the reminder arrives.

Subscriptions: Netflix, Spotify, your gym membership, that annual renewal you forget until it hits.

HOME LOG

Every appliance and home project gets its own paper trail, from the refrigerator to a new roof, concrete, windows, or a plumbing repair. Photograph the serial number at install. Attach the receipt. Log the repair. When the warranty claim comes (and it will) everything is dated, photographed, and in one place. Not buried in your camera roll. Export any item's full history to a clean PDF whenever you need it.

CHECKLISTS

Vacation shutdown. Spring reset. New home move-in. Start from a template or build your own custom list, add the people in your household by name, and assign each task to whoever owns it. Watch progress fill in as things get checked off.

BUILT TO LAST

No ads. No data selling. No streaks designed to make you feel guilty for missing a day. Everything lives on your device. Renewal is a utility. It works quietly in the background and earns its place by being reliably useful, year after year.

Renewal pays for itself the first month it saves you one forgotten subscription, or the first time that warranty log saves you a $300 service call.
