Description by Enrique Miranda(from the App Store)
RepSet is a focused workout logger and planner built to stay out of your way while you train.
The free experience gives you everything you need to record consistent workouts. Your training data stays on your device by default, so you can start lifting without creating an account or depending on a connection.
LOG EVERY SESSION
• Build workouts from a clear, searchable exercise library. • Record sets, reps and weight as you train. • Use rest timers without leaving your workout. • Save reusable templates for the routines you repeat. • Finish each session with a concise workout summary.
UNDERSTAND YOUR TRAINING
• Browse your complete workout history. • Review training volume and progress over time. • Track body weight and see the trend, not just a single number. • See which muscle groups your recent training has covered.
PLAN WITHOUT THE BLANK PAGE
When you want help getting started, describe the session you want and RepSet can turn it into a practical workout plan. You remain in control: review the plan before training and adjust it to fit your day.
LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN
Workouts, templates, history and body-weight records are stored locally by default. The core workout logger remains useful without an account.
REPSET MAX
RepSet Max is optional. It removes advertising and includes an allowance for AI-assisted session planning. Ads in the free version never interrupt an active workout.
No inflated promises. No complicated spreadsheets. Just a fast, dependable place to plan your training, log the work and understand your progress.
